We follow our strong 7 step process to take care of your large renovation or new build. Our full service includes custom design with a full presentation, elevation drawings & 3D renders, project management, full documentation for tradespeople, purchasing & procurement, & final styling.
We are with you from the very beginning of your renovation or build to the very end.
Seachange Interiors can be engaged for a Single Service only. These services include:
Full Colour Consultations
Window treatments - curtains, blinds, shutters
Furniture Procurement for full rooms (or multiple rooms).
We provide full colour schedules for interior and exteriors. We don’t limit ourselves to just paint colours. We will specify wall coverings, tiles and kitchen cabinetry colours to ensure a seamless flow throughout the entire home.
People find it difficult to visualise how their home could work best for them. With that in mind, we do 2D and 3D modelling to enable clients to really feel the space of their renovation or new build.
We work directly with several fabric brands for your soft furnishing needs. This involves all window treatments – curtains, blinds or shutters, as well as upholstery, cushions and window seats.
We can provide technical drawings for your joiner and work directly in collaboration with joiners for your custom kitchen, scullery, laundry, bathroom, wardrobes and custom in built furniture.
We specify all details of your kitchen & bathroom from cabinetry colours through to lighting.
We create beautiful spaces with cohesive furniture schemes that will transform the look and feel of your home. We have strong relationships with trade suppliers and can source furniture that you cannot find on a retail store floor.
All elements are considered – from rugs, window treatments, lights, art, furniture, decorative finishes and décor for single rooms or whole homes.
We provide full Fixture, Finishings and Equipment Schedules specifying all details of your project. We are thorough in our documentation which reduces stress, overwhelm and decision making along the way.
Thorough design documentation ensures all parties (clients, builders & sub trades) understand and accept specifications before construction begins. It also avoids huge variations in cost and budget blow outs as the project progresses.
